i think your best bet would be a a Bay Craft Flats 185 this is what it comes with a 2009 115hp Evinrude Saltwater E-Tec witch is a good good motor (if u didnt know eventhought it says saltwater it can be used in freshwater the onlt reason it say salt water is b/c the parts inside are aluminum sothe insides dont carode) i just put that in fif u didnt know alredy thay only make thes boats 20 ft long if u wana see these boats u can go to their web page il put it in the sources for u hope this was helpful
